Shradhanand Ninnekar is a highly motivated and accomplished individual with a passion for technology and business. He is currently pursuing his Post Graduation in Indian Institute of Management Ranchi, where he has been actively involved in various activities and organizations. Shradhanand has 18 months of experience as a Java Developer in Accenture, where he worked on a project called Anthem in insurance domain (health and public sector). He developed various Java applications, including Contract Manager Mass Update Application and Batch Application. Shradhanand is currently a Summer Intern at Flipkart, where he is working in the Performance and Talent Development department. He is responsible for developing and implementing training programs to improve employee performance and promote career growth. In addition to his role at Flipkart, Shradhanand is a Senior Member of PRISM, a Placement Resource and Information Sharing Medium, SIG of IIM Ranchi. He has also held positions as a Senior Coordinator and Junior Coordinator in the same organization. Shradhanand has a strong educational background, with a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Human Resources Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering. He is proficient in Java and has relevant experience of 2.76 years.
