Shravan Rathish is a part-time Management Consultant currently pursuing his fourth year of B.Tech Civil Engineering at NIT Trichy. While his major is in engineering, his interests lie in the field of management, and he is a big fan of logic and everything that surrounds it. Shravan is a creative problem solver with a passion for startups, consulting, and sports. As the head of the NITT Chapter of 180 Degrees Consulting, Shravan has worked on multiple management consulting projects related to GTM strategy, product market fit, and growth. He has been a part of the club for the last two years. He is also the co-founder of Bauble, an organization that connects school students with college students to get their doubts cleared about college admissions or anything regarding college life. Shravan has worked with multiple startups in the fields of marketing, community management, and operations. In addition to his professional pursuits, Shravan is a sportsperson and has represented his state, district, and school in various football tournaments. He has also played handball, cricket, basketball, kho kho, and throwball at a competitive level. He believes that playing sports has taught him a lot about teamwork and leadership. Shravan is a people person and loves to talk to people. He is always up for a conversation with anyone interested in startups, consulting, or sports. Prior to this, he worked as a Business Operations Associate at ZS Associates and as a Growth Associate at Evolve. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Civil Engineering from NIT Tiruchirappalli, which he will complete in December 2022. He completed his senior secondary education from Maharishi Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School in 2018 and his high school education from The Titan School in 2016. With 0.35 years of relevant experience, Shravan is well on his way to achieving his career goals.
