Shreelaxmi Khatagalli is a highly motivated and self-driven Senior NLP Engineer with a keen interest in developing solutions that make driving safe, secure, and enjoyable. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Universität des Saarlandes. With over 3 years of relevant experience, Shreelaxmi has worked with various companies, including voiceplug and paragon semvox gmbh, as a Junior Dialog Engineer. Shreelaxmi's previous role as a Master Thesis Student at Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) focused on developing a rule-based algorithm for object reference resolution and disambiguation in an In-Car interaction scenario. She used a combination of natural speech and pointing gestures to frame queries and provided responses in the form of speech utterance. The technology and tools involved in this project included Intent-based Natural Language Understanding, AI-based Knowledge representation, and Ray casting using Unity Game Engine. Shreelaxmi's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation Technology Engineering from B V B College of Engineering & Technology, Hubli, and she is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science from Universität des Saarlandes.
