Shreenivas Chityala is a Final year undergraduate student from the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering enrolled in its B.Tech. course at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He is an enthusiastic learner and has good prior experience in multiple programming languages including Python, C, and C++. His area of interest lies in the field of Data Analytics, Machine Learning as well as working on real-life business problems. Currently working as a Software Engineer at appviewx, Shreenivas has designed a multi-class deep learning model capable of identifying Breast Cancer with accuracy up to 91%. He has built the model by transfer learning using award-winning architectures for computer vision like ResNet-50, VGG16, Inception. In the past, Shreenivas has worked as a Deep Learning Intern at venturit where he was part of the team to develop an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) for creating human-like voiceover using Speech Synthesis. The project was developed using Google Tacotron as base and NLP (Natural Language Processing) and Deep Learning. Shreenivas has also served as the General Secretary at Nehru Hall of Residence, IIT Kharagpur where he designed a multi-class deep learning model capable of identifying Breast Cancer with accuracy up to 91%. He built the model by transfer learning using award-winning architectures for computer vision like ResNet-50, VGG16, Inception. Shreenivas is a team player and would like to work more on developing his leadership abilities as well as technical skills. He has a strong educational background with a BTech - Bachelor of Technology degree in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and a Secondary School Certificate from St. Lawrence High School Nashik. With a relevant experience of 1.95 years, Shreenivas has a strong tech stack that includes Software Engineering, Deep Learning, ResNet, NLP, Computer Vision, ML, and Python. He is a passionate learner and is always looking for new challenges to enhance his skills.
