Shreshth Arora is a senior undergraduate at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, pursuing Computer Engineering with Electives in Data Science. He is an experienced Software Development Engineer with a passion for building scalable backend systems. Shreshth is currently working as an SDE at Merkle Science, where he is involved in developing and maintaining backend systems. He has a strong background in Python, Django, JavaScript, and C++, and has experience working with MySQL. In addition to his technical skills, Shreshth is also interested in photography, travel, and elocution. He is always looking for opportunities to learn and grow, and is currently seeking a full-time opportunity where he can make meaningful contributions to society. Shreshth has previously worked as a Product Engineer Intern at Qoohoo, where he designed and implemented scalable production-level Rest APIs with Django Rest Framework. He was directly responsible for core product features like Telegram Payments, Failed Payment reporting, Pricing Logic, Payment Ledger APIs, Tools to recover lost GM, and Courses feature. Shreshth has also worked as a Lead Developer at Veritas - Engineering Logbook, where he designed and developed a logbook management solution for capstone projects. He performed a complete 'Need Analysis' of Capstone projects across teams in TIET and collaborated with team members using Github Organisation for modifications and assignment of tasks. He designed the application using Django + Postgres + Nginx + Gunicorn and automated Pull Request testing via Github Actions. The tool has recorded 800+ users, with nearly 9,500+ sessions and 85,000+ hits by July 2021. Shreshth has a B.Tech in Computer Engineering from Thapar University and a Graduate degree in PCM + Computer Science from Bal Bharati Public School, Pitampura. He is a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in Backend development, Python, Django, JavaScript, Data Science, MySQL, and Web development. With 1.20 years of relevant experience, Shreshth is a highly motivated individual who is always willing to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
