Shrestha Ghosh is a highly motivated professional currently pursuing her MBA in Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi. With over 3.69 years of experience in the IT industry, she has developed a proficient knowledge of Test Development, Maintenance, and Automation using Selenium, Java, GitHub, Maven, VSTS, HP ALM, Jenkins, and RDBMS. As a Senior Systems Engineer at Infosys, Shrestha was appointed as the Offshore SPOC by the project lead for her diligent and organized work. She led a team of 6 members in an Agile track, which resulted in the successful delivery of several projects. Shrestha was also a finalist (Top 2) for the O.P Jindal Engineering and Management Scholarship (OPJEMS) from IIM Ranchi in her first year. She is a certified Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) and has a keen interest in developing new skills and seeking challenging opportunities to utilize, share, and enrich her knowledge for professional growth and personal development. Currently, Shrestha is working as a Program Manager at assessmachine and is responsible for managing and delivering high-quality programs. She has also served as a Junior Executive Member in the Alumni and International Relations Committee at IIM Ranchi. Shrestha has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal, and completed her schooling from South Point High School, Kolkata. She is expected to complete her MBA in Human Resource Management from IIM Ranchi in 2023. Shrestha's technical skills include Test, SDET, Software Engineering, Selenium, Java, and Jenkins.
