Shrey Jain is an experienced EDI Developer with over 3 years of professional experience in EDI technology, specifically in the US healthcare industry. Currently working at Cognizant Technology Solutions, he has a deep understanding of Edifecs Core Products such as SpecBuilder, XEngine, EAM, TM, and XESManager. Shrey has hands-on experience in implementing validations, translation, and routing on healthcare transactions using Edifecs Suite of Products (XE, XES) along with the creation of Maps and Guidelines in SPECBUILDER. He has also customized projects based on customer requirements and modified configurations. In addition, he has experience in product installation and build/patch deployment on distributed server environments. With a good understanding of HIPPA ANSI X12 EDI transaction sets like 270, 271, 276, 277, 834, 835, and 999, Shrey has developed EDI implementation guidelines and mapping specifications. He also has a good understanding of OR and is proficient in inbound and outbound processes. Shrey has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Landran, Punjab, which he completed in 2019. Prior to that, he attended Gyankalash International School. He is well-versed in the software development life cycle (SDLC) and has experience in requirement gathering, design/data modeling/business processes modeling, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Previously, Shrey worked at Edifecs as an Associate Implementation Consultant. He is currently an Associate at Cognizant.
