Shreya Haldia is a Solutions Engineer at Hevo Data with over 3 years of relevant experience in the field of Integration, Web, SQL, infrastructure, MySQL, and testing. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science and Engineering from Dayananda Sagar University. Currently, Shreya is working as a Technical Product Consultant at Hevo Data, where she is responsible for working with multiple on-premise/cloud-hosted data sources and analyzing client requirements to provide them with an optimal solution for their infrastructure. She has a sound understanding of Amazon Web Services and hands-on experience in working with web application deployments. Prior to joining Hevo Data, Shreya worked as a Product Consultant at CData Software India, where she was responsible for delivering A2A and B2B integration projects, tech-support, and pre-sales of the product. She worked on and delivered 20+ A2A and B2B/EDI integration projects across 150+ data sources, including popular ERPs, CRMs, and DBs such as MySQL, SQL Server, Netsuite, Quickbooks, etc. She also conducted product demonstrations to educate customers on the product, understand their needs and pain points, and provide them with appropriate solutions by creating POCs for them. Shreya has also worked as an Associate EDI Enablement Consultant at Orderful, where she had end-to-end ownership of each project and was responsible for requirements gathering for implementation and discovery of scope. She set up connectivity channels using protocols such as FTP, SFTP, HTTPS, AS2, and VAN and handled post-production issues to maintain SLA agreed upon. She also had hands-on experience with Infor M3 ERP system alongside product testing. Shreya's tech stack includes Integration, Web, SQL, infra, MySQL, and test.
