Shreya Sood is a skilled Cloud Technology enthusiast with a diverse background in software engineering, cloud development, and content writing. With over 5 years of relevant experience, she has worked extensively in Electronic Content Management and Customer Communication Management domains, utilizing tools such as IBM FileNet P8, IBM Content Navigator, and many other Java-based products. In her previous role as an Observability Engineer, she utilized tools and technologies such as Sumo Logic, SignalFx, CollectD, FluentD, and Kubernetes. Shreya is a Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect and has worked as a Java Developer and Cloud Engineer for both Google Cloud and AWS. She is an avid reader and enjoys trying her hands on new technologies. She is also fond of penning down articles, blogs, and short stories. Currently, Shreya is a Member Of Technical Staff 3 at VMware, where she continues to expand her skills and knowledge in the field of Cloud Technology. Prior to VMware, she worked as a Software Engineer at Acquia and as a Senior Software Engineer at HSBC. Shreya holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical Engineering from PEC University of Technology. She also holds a Class 12 degree in Non-Medical from DAV Senior Secondary School, Sector-8, Chandigarh, Lahore branch, and a Class 10 degree from DAV Senior Public School, Surajpur, Haryana, Panchkula district.
