Shreya Vaghani is a certified ServiceNow System Administrator with over 2 years of experience in development and administration of core ITIL and custom applications. She has worked on Istanbul, Jakarta, Kingston and London releases of ServiceNow in an Agile Software Development environment. Currently, Shreya is working as a Data Analyst at Casepoint LLC.
