Shreyansh Agarwal is a third-year undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He is a natural leader and currently serves as the Group Leader of the IITK Consulting Group (ICG), where he is dedicated to helping businesses, NGOs, and startups using management concepts and data-driven (AI-based) consulting. Shreyansh is also passionate about digital designing, traveling, interacting with new people, and stalking the world of automobiles. Shreyansh's passion for consulting and leadership is evident from his work with ICG. He has been instrumental in driving the group's success and growth, and his efforts have helped ICG become a leading consulting group in the region. Shreyansh's expertise in AI and data-driven consulting has also helped ICG deliver high-quality solutions to its clients. In addition to his work with ICG, Shreyansh has also gained valuable experience as a Secretary at IITK Consulting Group and as a SURGE Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. During his SURGE Research Internship, he worked with Professor Ashutosh Modi on the application of NLP in a bi-directional Sign Language translation system for the Deaf. Shreyansh's technical skills include AI, research, web development, and NLP. He is a quick learner and has a strong ability to adapt to new technologies and tools. Shreyansh is also a motivated and hardworking individual who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow. As an incoming Summer Associate at BCG, Shreyansh is excited to apply his skills and knowledge to help clients solve complex business problems.
