Shreyansh Bajpai is a seasoned Sr Manager Recruitment with over 5 years of experience in identifying and connecting radical individuals with great careers. He is passionate about growing teams and dreams and has been instrumental in steering the endeavor of helping global organizations set up their offshore technology centers through growing teams single-handedly. Shreyansh has grown his skills in full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and has been contributory in hiring talent across roles at mainstream business and sub-business divisions across industries such as Investment Banking, Technology, ITES, Shipping, payment gateway, Retail, Aerial imagery and analytics, and Pharmaceutical, and then some. Additionally, he has built teams for fintech and AI/ML start-ups from the ground up. As a recruiter, Shreyansh believes in starting with a conversation and uncovering the values, professional aspirations, and next career move of the candidate. If the right talent is not found, he keeps the conversation going until the right connection is made. When not recruiting or setting up Global in-house capability centers, Shreyansh enjoys distance traveling on his motorcycle, going for a run, and breaking his PR's back in the gym. Shreyansh has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Alliance University. He also holds a B.C.A degree in Computer Science from M.S.R.C.A.S.C and completed his 12th from K L E Societys S Nijalingappa College.
