In his role in the Warehouse Team at Flipkart, Shrikant worked on adding new features, optimizations, and scaling the systems for BBD. He maintained the Change data capture pipeline implemented on MySql database with in-house CDC capture library(Aesop) to push events to ElasticSearch. He was part of the database sharding team, where he worked on a major project that was planned to ease the scaling requirements of a single Master database of the warehouse team for BBD 2019. Shrikant was actively involved in P0 issue mitigation with an ability to work quickly to stabilize the system and figure out root causes. He was involved in automating the new warehouse onboarding process by reducing the time from ~10 days to around ~1-2 hours. His work in the team involved scale of working with huge transactional data, focusing
