Shriya Barpanda is a Software Engineer at Cisco CX and Co-Chair at OCS GGI. She is an engineer turned product manager who discovered her calling in product management recently. Shriya believes in solving problems while keeping user empathy at the forefront. Shriya has worked as a developer at Cisco's Customer Experience Cloud, where she was fortunate enough to dabble in a variety of things apart from work. She now works at Basis, India's financial services destination for women, where she loves having a voice to create an impact. Shriya has a multidisciplinary approach to work and life and loves exploring new things. Her love for theatre, spoken word, and music runs deep, and she considers the stage her second home. Shriya is passionate about helping others transition to product management and is always willing to offer advice and help. Shriya's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RVCE, which she completed in 2021, and high school from The Amaatra Academy, where she studied PCMC. Shriya's relevant experience includes 1.52 years of experience in product management, software engineering, and research science. She has worked as a Fellow at Global Governance Initiative and in Operations at The Product Management Club at Cisco. Currently, she is an Associate Product Manager at Basis.
