Shruthi Rao is an accomplished business leader with almost two decades of experience in setting up and scaling new-age technology-led businesses. Currently, she works as an Associate Director - Products and I4.0 at Incture, where she drives customer engagement from acquisitions to execution, sets up teams, practices, and ecosystems for the same. Shruthi's strong command over concepts and communication makes her a skilled Agile Methodologies practitioner, well-versed in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Management, and Software Development, coupled with business acumen certified on Project Management. Prior to Incture, Shruthi worked with Bosch, where she held two key positions. As Head - Data Engineering for Autonomous Driving, she led the Bosch-wide initiative for designing and implementing the modern distributed architecture for integrating large amounts of data to enable methods and solutions for autonomous driving. In her role as Business Head - Connected Industry (Industry 4.0), she led a team of highly passionate and customer-centric engagement managers responsible for the entire proceedings of business engagements in the area of Connected Industry for emerging markets. Shruthi's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Instrumentation Technology from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engg., MYSORE, which she completed in 2004. With her extensive experience as a Software Engineer and Data Engineering specialist, Shruthi is well-versed in various tech stacks. Her relevant experience of 18.03 years has made her a valuable asset in the industry, with a proven track record of setting up and scaling technology-led businesses.
