Shruti Bansal is a Software Engineer at Microsoft with a keen interest in Machine Learning. She is proficient in Competitive Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms and always follows a solution-focused approach. Shruti is a learning enthusiast with a knack for presenting complex ideas in an accessible, engaging, and entertaining way. Currently, Shruti is working on a Microsoft internal project as a full-stack developer. Her responsibilities include working with technologies such as React-Redux, Kendo UI, dotnet Framework, and Elasticsearch. She has worked on developing a React feature of sending data from one component to another using query parameters and changing the state, triggering actions, and handling the actions in reducers on receiving the parameters. Shruti has also worked on automating the process of docker image updation for the Elasticsearch backend through pipelines, which reduced the process from 12 hours to 5 minutes. Prior to her current role, Shruti served as an Additional Secretary and Joint Secretary at CSEA NIT Warangal. She holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology Warangal, where she graduated in 2021. She also has coaching experience from Edusquare and primary education from Bhartiya Vidya Mandir School - India. Shruti's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Elasticsearch, Docker, ML, Redux, UI, and Backend.
