She is a GPHR and SHRM-CP certified professional with an EMBA and a B.Tech degree. Shruti has extensive exposure to owning the entire HR employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Campus/Lateral Hiring, Succession Planning, New Joiner Orientation, HR Operations, CSR, T&D, Employee Engagement & Retention, Employee Compensation, HRIS Automation, People Analytics, Performance Evaluation, HR Compliance, and Employee Separation. Shruti has worked as an HR Head in Technology organizations, where she carried out strategic HR interventions, process excellence, and OD initiatives. She is passionate about making organizations an employer of choice and is a champion of Employee Happiness Index. Shruti's areas of interest include DEI, Executive Coaching, Human Psychology, and Organizational Behavior. Currently, Shruti is a Panel Member and Content Contributor at HR Mavericks, where she is involved in democratising HR.
