Shruti Dogra is a result-oriented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated professional with proven skills in Full Stack Development and Automation. In her previous role as a Software Development Engineer II at Mastercard, she was a key contributor in upgrading B2B and B2C Applications to be TLS 1.2 compliant. She also automated the Snapshot release process, reducing the process time from 12-15 man-hours to less than an hour. Additionally, Shruti was a key contributor on PV Tech Transformation, where she migrated SOAP to REST API and rewrote all legacy portals to make them cloud-native. In her role as a Software Development Engineer I at Mastercard, Shruti developed CXB, a one-stop solution for customer onboarding, which included customized recommendations based on selected services and customer profile using ML. She also provided production support and defect resolution for B2B and B2C UI and Web services. Shruti created a Work Order dashboard that pulled data from BMC Remedy and provided insights into the entire work order journey from creation to closure. Shruti holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from the College of Engineering Pune and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Fintech from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. She has expertise in Software Engineering, Web, Spring, Jenkins, AngularJS, Spring Boot, DevOps, Infra, Javascript, ML, MySQL, and UI.
