As the Founder and Executive of Zolumn, she is responsible for driving the company's growth and success, as well as overseeing all aspects of business development, including market research, finance, operations, and marketing. With 3.78 years of relevant experience, Shruti has a proven track record of successfully founding and leading deep-tech startups in the fintech and luxury art industries. As Founder and CEO of Diolo, she developed a new fintech software that significantly increased efficiency, safety, quality, and transparency of the online payment systems. She was also responsible for formulating the venture's goals, vision, and objectives, building an amazing core team, and providing leadership and oversight of day-to-day operations. As Founder and Chairman of Fine Bonita, Shruti led the design and creation of the whole website from scratch and sketched creative and fresh art for consideration. She built and maintained effective relationships with partners to deliver superior customer satisfaction, implemented business strategies, and closed deals of partnership with London's and New York's leading art studio—Jealous London. Shruti's education background includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Government College of Engineering Nagpur. She is also well-versed in various technologies, including Research Scientist, ML, SVM, XGBoost, and Random Forest.
