Prior to her current role, Shruti also worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon, where she played a key role in enhancing customer experience for business customers by personalizing it according to their requirements. She also worked on identifying customer interests to enhance their experience on Amazon social platforms such as Amazon Spark and Reviews.
