Shruti Tewari is an accomplished HR professional with over 12 years of experience in the field. She is currently serving as the Region Head - Account Management - West India at DarwinBox. Shruti has previously worked at Ernst & Young in India, where she was a Senior Manager in the People Advisory Services division. Shruti has extensive experience in various HR areas, including large-scale HR transformation, organization design, HR shared services, HR technology enablement, performance management, rewards management, leadership capability building, training and development, HR process and policy design, HR due diligence, communication, and change management. She has worked with leading organizations from multiple industries such as banking and financial services, information technology, loyalty management, FMCG, telecom, airlines, steel and power, education, and oil and gas. Shruti has been recognized for her work and has received several awards, including the "D&I Role Model" award and the "Spotlight" team award under the client champion category at Ernst & Young. She has also been awarded the "EY Excellerator" in 2015, 2014, and 2012 for excellence in engagement execution, client satisfaction, and teamwork demonstrated. Shruti holds a PG in HR from XLRI and a B.E. in Information Technology from NSIT. She completed her Senior Secondary education from Delhi Public School.
