Shubasish Das is a seasoned software engineer with a passion for building world-class web applications. With over 3 years of experience in large engineering teams, he has a result-driven background in developing applications for renowned Y-Combinator startups. Shubasish is highly flexible with javascript/typescript-based tech stacks, including React, NextJs, and Node. Currently working as a Software Engineer at re:cruit, Shubasish has worked on promising projects, including YC startups. He has also worked as a Software Engineer at re:frame, where he implemented NextAuth authentication for google-providers and built API endpoints for accessing users and projects on the application. Additionally, he has performed CRUD operation using Prisma in PostgreSQL. At replo (yc s21), Shubasish worked on the implementation of drag and drop features, collapsible tree features from ant design, and integration of video embed, CSS features (like flex-grow) to draggable components. He also enhanced the application feature to effectively fix the bugs and optimize the overall performance, reliability, and efficiency. Shubasish implemented unit testing to check the developed features were performing as expected. Shubasish completed his Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Rajshahi University of Engineering & Technology in 2017.
