Shubha Joseph is a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with over 16 years of experience in designing and implementing recruiting strategies in highly dynamic organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Dozee, she has a strong track record of leading and driving various recruiting process initiatives such as candidate experience, campus and intern hiring, and recruiting analytics. Shubha has worked across a range of industries including Fintech, Healthcare, E-commerce, and BPO, and has held senior Talent Acquisition roles in companies such as Rupeek and Cult.fit. At Rupeek, Shubha was responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving recruitment strategies to drive an efficient, fast-paced, full cycle recruiting operation. At Cult.fit, she was responsible for end-to-end non-tech recruitment, including lateral and leadership roles in business, operations, and corporate functions. She also defined and managed programs to enhance candidate and new joiner experience. Shubha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development from Symbiosis, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Bangalore University.
