Shubham Das is a final-year Mechanical Engineering student at the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, India, with a passion for manufacturing and supply chain operations. He actively seeks opportunities to use his technical skills such as Search Engine Optimization, Operations Research, and Data Analytics to solve business problems in Operations, Strategy, and Business Development. Shubham has worked with numerous college teams and associations, serving as account manager, marketing manager, sales in-charge, publicity, and PR handling. He has established a good network of connections and skills to deal with clients, crowd management, and product pitching. He is currently a Project Management Intern at Bajaj Auto, where he is gaining hands-on experience in the field of operations management. In addition to his technical skills, Shubham is an experienced public speaker, having actively participated in various declamations, elocutions, and slam poetry events. He has also won numerous inter-varsity parliamentary debates. Model United Nation conferences have been a regular part of his schedule, wherein he learned his qualitative research and diplomatic public relation skills. Shubham is currently a Leadership and Training Development Program Intern at Caterpillar, where he is gaining experience in a Manufacturing environment, deepening his knowledge in operations leadership, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, technical services, facilities planning, quality, and Caterpillar Production System and LEAN deployment. He is an active member of the Innovation and Incubation center, where he organizes and participates in various Makeathon's, Ideathon's, and Hackathon's to practice product development through innovation. Shubham's hobbies include playing football, guitar, graphic design, and music production. He is proficient in Big Data, Research Scientist, and Search, and has 1.27 years of relevant experience.
