Shubham Dave is a Lead Software Engineer and BI Developer with a passion for creating elegant data-driven solutions and helping clients succeed in their business by going the extra mile. He is a self-starter growth-minded individual constantly in search of new challenges and learning opportunities. Shubham completed his master's degree in IT & Management from UT Dallas as a Scholar with High Distinction. In just two years, Shubham has worked for clients ranging from small start-ups to one of the largest software vendors in the world. His diverse work experience has helped him understand the different scale of business needs and problems. Throughout his experience, the one true constant is the astronomical amount of data we generate, and if this data is organized in the correct form, unparalleled insights can be easily found. He has previously worked as a Lead Parking Enforcement Officer and Parking Enforcement Officer at The University of Texas at Dallas, where he provided key insights and statistical data to supervisors to improve operations of all facilities of P&T department, supervised and supported all the Parking Enforcement Officers, provided weekly scheduling of PEOs, trained new members of PEOs and Lead PEOs, and issued event permits for all events happening around the campus.
