With a background in engineering, Shubham has the ability to quickly grasp new technical details and is a 3-time national hackathon winner, including Google I/O, Aadhaar, and HDFC. Shubham has a superb relationship-building skill and high problem-solving skills. He is a huge people-person and loves to learn new things, especially new technologies. He is passionate about sports and has played district-level Table Tennis. When he's not working, he loves to cycle, play football, play table tennis, and travel. As a Lead Software Engineer, Shubham has made technical and architectural design decisions and led the project RPMS (Radiology Performance Management Service) at Siemens. RPMS is a tailored transformation program for hospitals/medical universities that gives them the clarity and support needed to improve outcomes in key areas such as patient experience, staff satisfaction, and cost-effectiveness. At Welcomevet Pharma, Shubham is responsible for implementing single sign-on using SAML Architecture and creating a single point of entrance for all the previous versions of products. He is also involved in the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (Supply Chain) project, where he has designed the microservice architecture and enhanced security by implementing JWT tokens. He has also implemented REST API and modular business logic to determine the safety stock limit to prevent overflow of cash. Shubham has a diverse tech stack, including backend development in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, Python, Django, Flask, DRF, PHP, C, and microservices architecture. He is also proficient in databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, NoSQL - MongoDB, front-end development using HTML, CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, Bootstrap, containerization platforms like Docker and Kubernetes (container-orchestration system), and cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure and Amazon AWS.
