Shubham Laddha is a seasoned Developer with over 7 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. Prior to this, he worked as a Software Engineer at the same company, where he was responsible for developing an application integration platform that establishes a Digital Backbone of integrated applications. Before joining eq technologic, Shubham worked as a Java Software Developer at Tata, where he developed a Search Based Application for Jaguar Land Rover, involving dashboard creation and widget development for delivering search as a service. He also developed a tool called "360 Scan" to improve the performance of dashboards. Shubham holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, and a Diploma in Computer Science from Government Polytechnic, Jalgaon.
