Shubham Maheshwari is a seasoned business strategy and operations executive with over 10 years of experience in the technology and consulting industries. As the Vice President of Global Strategy & Operations at Gartner, he is responsible for driving the company's strategic initiatives and overseeing its global operations. Prior to joining Gartner, Shubham worked as a Manager of Business Strategy & Sales Operations at Airtel Business, where he conceptualized and developed strategic initiatives that impacted the unit's P&L. He also conducted external research and internal analysis to formulate strategic opinions and recommendations, and analyzed large strategic proposals across all lines of business with the CEO, CFO, and global sales teams. Before Airtel Business, Shubham worked as a Consultant at Deloitte, where he specialized in insurance and public sector domains. He was responsible for business analysis and requirements analysis for clients and benchmarking tools to create solutions. He also coordinated, managed, and planned the creation of delivery accelerators to be used for business development proposals for the organization. Additionally, he estimated cost savings and conducted a benefit realization study of industry solutions for clients, and developed business development proposals and Point of Views (PoVs). Shubham holds an MBA in Finance & Marketing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a B-Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology University, Noida. He also completed his schooling from Seth Anand Ram Jaipuria School in Kanpur. As a research scientist, Shubham has developed a strong understanding of the technology industry and how it impacts business strategy and operations.
