Shubham Mittal is a highly motivated and self-driven individual with excellent management skills. He is currently pursuing his MBA from IIM Visakhapatnam and has completed his graduation degree in Computer Engineering from Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology. Shubham has held various responsibilities, including Chief Advisor and Chief Organiser for college tech fest in the year 2018 and 2020. He was also the college topper in the 2nd year of his engineering and Chemistry Subject topper in 12th Board Examination. Before joining IIM Visakhapatnam, Shubham completed an internship with Newgen Software as a Software Engineer, working on technologies like Java, Angular, and Spring Boot. He has also done his summer internship in his graduation with Social and You, working as an SEO Executive, and undergone industrial training in Digital Marketing. He has also submitted and presented two Research papers in international conferences. Currently working as a Business Analyst at IDFC First Bank, Shubham has 0.52 years of relevant experience. He has also worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Sresta Natural Bioproducts Pvt. Ltd. and a Market Research Intern at Thinking Spree. At Thinking Spree, he conducted market research on school demographics in tier-1 Indian cities, examined the health and nutrition market for health consultation and supplements for kids, performed industry analysis concerning Product and Geography & Competitive Positioning, and analyzed parents' online spending patterns on their children. Shubham is a Director's Merit List holder and Placement Representative at IIMV. He is a Research Scientist with expertise in Spring Boot, Spring, Software Engineering, Java, and AngularJS.
