Shubham Patel is a highly skilled Software Developer currently working at Flipkart as a Software Development Engineer in the Search Experience Team. With almost 3 years of relevant experience in the field, he has developed a strong expertise in software engineering, Java, search, AI, SQL, backend, Spark, Python, MongoDB, Spring, and microservices. Shubham started his career as a Software Engineer at MIQ where he created custom data pipelines for ingestion, validation, monitoring, alerting, and reporting by creating workflows as per client requirements. He also created a framework for easier white-labelling of Intelligence Hub tool using Multi-tenant architecture. He used Java, Qubole, and Python for these projects. He then worked as a Summer Intern at Kristal.AI where he created a POC and integrated Revive Adserver into the Kristal.AI portal to track Clicks, Impressions, CTR, etc. to monitor advertisements on the website. He also created the backend job for the ETF Screener application, wherein the stocks details were updated once every day. He optimized on the number of updates to reduce cost by exploring and benchmarking against all options available. He used Java, Spring, and Firebase for these projects. Shubham completed his Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from VIT in 2020. Prior to that, he completed his AISSCE from Rashtriya Military School Bangalore in 2015 with a score of 94.4%.
