Shubham Sarin is a highly motivated and accomplished MBA candidate at Columbia Business School, with a strong background in product management and capacity management. Currently interning as a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, he is responsible for managing EC2 capacity and ensuring optimal usage of resources. Prior to his current role, Shubham was an InSITE Fellow at InSITE, a non-profit organization that provides exceptional graduate students with leadership development programs. As an InSITE Fellow, he was part of a global network of entrepreneurs and leaders in technology and venture capital. Shubham also has experience as an Editor-in-Chief at J.A.M - Just Another Magazine, an independent student-run magazine at NIT Kurukshetra. During his tenure, he built and mentored a team of 30+ individuals, expanded the magazine's presence on campus, and introduced a new dimension to the magazine by establishing a separate fine arts team. He also led the content work on all three annual issues and improved sponsorship by building ties in the local community and creating new advertisement strategies. Shubham holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from NIT Kurukshetra and is currently pursuing his MBA at Columbia Business School, with an expected graduation date of December 2022. He is proficient in product management, AWS, and web technologies, with a total of 4.68 years of relevant experience.
