Shubham has a total of 1.62 years of relevant experience in the field of software engineering and has worked with some of the leading companies in the industry. He has previously worked as a Software Engineer at the datatech labs inc (tdtl) where he customized sales modules and entities of leads, accounts, contact, and opportunities according to the business process. He also created a model-driven application and customized entity navigation for the custom menu, and used Jira tool to raise issues and make a sprint for problem solution and also do the unit testing. Shubham has also worked as a Salesforce Administrator at S2 Labs by Shrey Sharma, where he created and managed custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes. He defined lookup and master-detail relationships on the objects and created junction objects to establish connectivity among objects. He also created and deployed several reports for different user profiles based on the need of the organization and performed data migration and updates through app exchange data loader, workbench in Salesforce. Shubham is currently pursuing a Master of Computer Applications degree from Vivekananda Global University, which he is expected to complete in December 2023. He has previously completed his Bachelor of Computer Application degree from Modi Institute of Management & Technology, Kota in 2018.
