Shubham Tripathi is a highly skilled software development engineer with a passion for writing optimized code. With almost 5 years of relevant experience, Shubham has worked for top companies such as Amazon and Factset, where he has made significant contributions to the development and testing of various applications. Currently, Shubham is a Software Development Engineer II - Shipping Tech and Services at Amazon, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining various features related to shipping. Prior to this, he worked as a Software Development Engineer I - Core Transportation at Amazon, where he played a key role in developing and testing various transportation-related applications. Before joining Amazon, Shubham worked as a Software Engineer I at Factset, where he was part of the Content Integration Engineering Team. Here, he implemented protractor for end-to-end testing and Jasmine, xUnit for unit testing for one of the apps, which reduced the time to release by reducing the cost of manual regression by a significant amount. He also migrated Dot Net applications to Dot Net Core applications to change the deployment environment from windows to Linux (Ubuntu), which eventually reduced the hosting costs. Shubham holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from KIIT University, where he honed his skills in software engineering. He also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for his high school education. Shubham is proficient in various technologies, including AWS, backend development, QA, integration, mobile, and web development. When he's not working, he enjoys walking, exercising, watching TV series, and traveling to new places.
