Shubhangee Shubhra is a seasoned HR professional with over 6 years of experience in various HR processes such as onboarding, induction, learning and development, HRIS tools, background verification, employee data management, digitalized documentation, internal communication, grievances management, employee pulse check, employee engagement, and separation process. She has an engineering degree and a PGDM in Human Resources, as well as a diploma in Network Security. Currently working as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Wipro, Shubhangee has previously worked with Blinkit and CNH Industrial as an Assistant Manager and HRBP, respectively. At Blinkit, she acted as a dedicated HR SPOC for 200+ employees, providing HR solutions, resolving grievances, driving wellness and engagement activities, monitoring employee productivity, supporting in separation activities, managing organization-level town hall, facilitating induction for new hires, coordinating mandatory training programs, handling employee communication, and facilitating onboarding activities for org-level new joiners. At CNH Industrial, she was responsible for HR operations, HR analytics, and employee engagement initiatives. Prior to this, Shubhangee worked as a Senior Executive-People Operations at Grofers, where she facilitated onboarding activities, induction coordination, background verification, HRIS, L&D, database management, employee query handling, and organizing internal company-wide meets. Shubhangee's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resource and Marketing from Jaipuria Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
