She also led HR strategy for Acquisitions and re-badging deals across Europe, UK, and India. At Altisource, Shubhangi was responsible for HR Business Partnering for 600+ employees across Financial product engineering and residential estate business. She built an Internal Job Posting (IJP) framework and implemented it via an in-house portal on Microsoft sharepoint leading to 100% growth in successful IJP movements the next year. Shubhangi holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from International Management Institute - IMI. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida.
