Shubhankar Gautam is an accomplished product manager with a diverse range of experiences across various domains. He is currently working as a Product Manager at Gartner, where he has shaped and led the development of two early-stage, cross-team dependent products, namely Peer Insights website and Gartner Mobile apps. He has successfully led these products through different stages, including user research, business case and alignment, UX/UX design, and product development. Shubhankar has also received leadership's award for problem-solving and stakeholder management. Prior to Gartner, Shubhankar worked at Paytm, India's largest Fintech, where he was responsible for setting up international remittances products. He has also worked as an Associate Product Manager at Gartner, where he led the development of the Gartner Peer Insights, Reviews and Ratings Platform for Enterprise Software. Shubhankar is a highly educated individual with an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a Dual degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from IIT Delhi. He has also co-authored a paper in an International Journal (IET Communications) and has been recognized by Dr. Reddy’s for his work on measuring brand communication effectiveness. Furthermore, he has pioneered data intelligence models for demo at Samsung HQ in Korea and led India’s biggest Open House at IIT-Delhi. Apart from his professional achievements, Shubhankar is also an award-winning singer who relishes photography. He has won accolades for campus case competitions P&G and Renew Power and has been recognized as a Procter & Gamble emerging leader. With over 3.27 years of relevant experience, Shubhankar is a research scientist, designer, and a product manager with a diverse range of skills and experiences.
