Shubhankar Hazarika is a seasoned Director of Software Development with over 11 years of experience in the industry. Currently, he is serving as the Director of Engineering for Customer Engineering Team at Anchanto, where he oversees the allocation of leads and developers, manages delays, deliveries, feedbacks, and follow-ups, and ensures the smooth end-to-end development, deployment, configurations, and post go-live process. He is also responsible for maintaining close coordination with various teams, including Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Customer Success, Quality Analyst, Tech Support, Product, Product Engineering, and Implementation teams, to ensure the entire delivery process is seamless and achieves customer success. Apart from his managerial responsibilities, Shubhankar also has a keen interest in Frontend development. He works closely with the Frontend team to improve processes, decide on technologies and tools, and hire Frontend developers. His technical expertise includes Software Engineering, Frontend development, and Senior Software Engineering. Prior to his current role, Shubhankar worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at Anchanto and a Technical Analyst at Infosys. At Infosys, he was responsible for analyzing technologies, compatibility issues, development strategy, performance improvement, productivity improvement with resources, and aggressive delivery deadlines. Shubhankar holds a Master's degree in Computer Software from North Maharashtra University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Ramjas College.
