Prior to joining AlmaBetter, Shubhankar worked as a Lead Generation Specialist at Newton School, where he extensively worked on the ZOHO CRM tool and Hub-spot for onboarding companies. He generated multiple leads and POCs, trained interns, and performed market analysis of the top funded companies in India. Shubhankar also has experience in program management, having worked at Kraftshala, where he established and maintained processes to manage project scope and quality, monitored and assigned resources, and maintained client relationships. Shubhankar holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from Maharshi Dayanand University and a Senior Secondary degree in Non-Med from Veda Vyasa D.A.V Public School in India.
