He has successfully launched the Full Stack Observability product for cloud-native apps, integrations with AWS and Azure, and powered OpenTelemetry data ingestion & correlations across APM, Infra & Kubernetes stacks. Additionally, he has developed high fidelity distributed tracing capabilities, providing visibility across microservices, and launched a security feature for Alerts, closing deals worth $10M+ ARR with major US banks. Before moving to Product Management, Shubhankar worked as a Software Developer at Flipkart, where he built iOS and Android mobile apps for more than 100 million users. He graduated from BITS Pilani in 2016 with an engineering degree and from IIM Bangalore in 2021 with an MBA. Apart from work, Shubhankar enjoys reading books, weight training, and watching sports.
