Prior to founding growthpaay, Shubhra served as the Chief Executive Officer of Digiprima Technologies, where she developed some of the finest software applications using Microsoft Technologies, Python, MERN Stack, AI, and ML. She has over seven years of experience developing software applications for clients based in the US, Europe, and Australia. Before her role at Digiprima Technologies, Shubhra served as a Project Manager at Vinfotech, where she managed the Project Manager Portfolio and shared her expertise in project/program management, business analysis, change control management, implementation, and client management. She is an expert in full-cycle project planning, leveraging SDLC and Agile (SCRUM) development methodologies, including requirements gathering and analysis. Shubhra's technical skills include AI, software engineering, Python, ML, senior software engineering, and product management.
