Shubrodeep Banerjee is a skilled Web Producer at Apple with a passion for all things technical and creative. With almost 4 years of relevant experience, he has honed his skills in Web, SQL, Software Engineering, and Testing. Prior to joining Apple, Shubrodeep worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Capgemini, where he contributed to the development of the CRM application for one of the biggest European Insurance firms. He was responsible for customizations and configurations, including plug-ins, workflows, custom workflows, business rules, web resources, and XRM Tool-Box. He also extended the capabilities of the CRM application through the creation of new entities, forms, workflows, custom ribbons, dashboards, and reports using the SQL Server Suite SSRS. Additionally, he gained experience in documentation preparation, requirement gathering from clients, and solution deployment processes, which included moving solutions from the development environment to client test and UAT environments. Shubrodeep also worked as a Brand Ambassador for Capgemini's Gradathon Campaign, a global campaign celebrated annually in September. In this role, he shared stories, experiences, and journeys of recent graduates and campus hires across domains and headquarters of Capgemini. Shubrodeep earned his Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Graphic Era Hill University in 2019. He is a well-rounded professional with a strong background in technical and creative aspects of web production. He is a team player and is always eager to learn new things.
