Currently, Shuchita is the COO at Coingeit Technologies, where she leads a team of legal and technology professionals with products and services for Legal Fraternity under its product-line ‘Smart Legal World’ to cater to Individual Legal Professionals, Law Firms, Law houses, Government Institutes, Corporates, Educational Institutes. Coingeit products are cloud-based solutions that eliminate server, licensing, server maintenance or technical IT hardware experts costs, and keep the data safe. She is responsible for managing the delivery & skilled resources in diverse verticals. In the past, Shuchita has worked with companies like Altivolus, Techbooks (Aptara), and Tata Honeywell, where she managed various facets of business, including operations, quality, HR, admin & IT. She improvised the processes by analyzing the gaps, restructuring and Re-engineering the processes and implementing automation and tracking tools. She introduced technology in other departments also and got various portals developed. Shuchita has a strong educational background, with a B.Tech degree from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology and a Science degree from Delhi Public School, Korba. She has a strong tech stack, including research scientist, ML, AI, infra, mobile, and software engineer.
