1. Sole product design owner for the restaurant supply chain team: Provided design solutions for restaurants on Delivery Hero brand platforms to connect and order from their B2B Grocery suppliers. Worked on 3 platforms across 6 countries, 
- iOS and Android apps used by restaurants to order from their suppliers & desktop dashboard used by manager users in restaurant chain headquarters to manage processes within the outlets
- Supplier portal used by suppliers to manage picking, packing, order management, and other processes, - Ops portals used by internal users to manage both restaurant and supplier user profiles
2. Led 3 complex & large design initiatives across 4 squads: Owned problem definition and solutioning for bulk order approvals, inventory management + stock availability experiences & catalog + price group management for suppliers. Conducted discovery research to understand user needs and performed competitor benchmarking against major competitors in the APAC region. Led product requirement definition, scoping for the MVP and future versions. Collaborated with product and operations on aligning the entire team on prioritizing potential monetization opportunities. Created multiple iterations for user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs & validated designs with users. Presented vision for future versions to the team to ensure scalable tech solutions aligned with the design. Notable impact was 15% workload reduction for operations and building features that would be part of the first potential monetization strategy for the team. 
3. Collectively-owned the strategy, goals, prioritization, roadmaps, sprints planning, refinements, and other team rituals for each squad. Facilitated cross-squad alignment and collaboration across the wider organization.
4. Facilitated a large-scale, strategically important workshop on defining user personas for the team, along with user research. Collaborated with design team on Design system & feedback sessions.
