Shweta Khatri is a highly skilled Consultant at Deloitte with a wealth of experience in software engineering and development. With 7.28 years of relevant experience, she has worked on numerous projects based on the latest technologies such as BigData, Hadoop, Cloud services, Android, and Restful API. Shweta started her career at Capgemini, where she worked as a Senior Software Engineer for two years. During her time there, she gained valuable experience in software development and honed her skills in Java programming. She is a Sun certified Java programmer and has completed OCJP Java 6 Certification as well as OCP: Introduction to 9i (Part I) Certification. Shweta has also completed a successful summer internship as a Web Application Developer. She worked on developing a new and inherited web application in the healthcare domain, based on C#/.Net MVC Framework. Her responsibilities included inventory management for healthcare, event scheduling, patient record management, as well as employee billing and payroll. She managed project repositories with Git for continuous delivery to the client and integrated features into the existing codebase for deployments to the production environment. In her current role as a Consultant at Deloitte, Shweta has worked on various projects that have helped her gain expertise in Java, Software Engineering, Web development, Hadoop, Android, Spring, Jenkins, and Integration. She is currently involved in developing a Spring framework enhanced system to adjudicate a claim, sent by VSP clients for vision insurance and its services. She is responsible for developing functionality to validate if the claim is valid based on different attributes, consuming various Rest APIs to interconnection, writing Junit test using Mockito, testing the code using Jbehave – a BDD approach, using JBoss server, using integration tool Jenkins and managing the code using GIT repository. Shweta holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Pune. With her extensive experience and expertise, she is a valuable asset to any organization.
