Shweta Upadhye is an accomplished IT professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong business acumen. Shweta has demonstrated success in program/project management with modern methodologies approaches such as Agile and has proficiency in working on Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery. Currently, Shweta is the Technical Product Manager at General Electric where she is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing products/tools/solutions to address business problems. She is also responsible for strategically analyzing new business models, emerging technical trends, and supporting product-focused, process-driven, and service-led innovations. Shweta is experienced in DevOps practices and automation for continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) throughout the project lifecycle while assisting in continuous testing & configuration management to enable zero-downtime deployment. In the past, Shweta has worked at Wells Fargo as an AVP and at Infosys as a Technology Lead. At Wells Fargo, she contributed to strategies and execution roadmaps for scrum meetings, sprint ceremonies, sprint planning & review meetings, sprint retrospective meetings, sprint backlog, story estimation, daily stand-ups, iteration & release planning. At Infosys, she was instrumental in understanding operational workflows, identified and defined software solutions, facilitated solutioning for the data usage, gap analysis, and work process. Shweta has a B.E degree from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University and has completed Matriculation and PUC from Presentation Girls High School and Karnatak University respectively.
