Shwetha Kumari is a Senior Research Associate and Ph.D Research Scholar with over 6 years of experience in developing case studies and teaching aids related to Economics, Politics, and Business Environment. She has a passion for research and writing, and her work has been used by several universities worldwide for class learning and consulting assignments. Shwetha has developed more than 70 case studies and 70 teaching aids, and her work regularly features in the Case Centres list of Most Popular Inspection. Shwetha has won several awards for her work, including the Oikos Case Writing Competition 2020 1st prize for her case study on Sustainability by oikos International, University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. She was also awarded the Runner-up of the Social Entrepreneurship track of the Oikos Case Wiring Competition 2018. Cogndla Inc., USA based Academic Publishing House, selected her Case Study ’China's Belt And Road Initiative. A Strategy To Sustain Its Global Dominance?' to use in its book titled Global Politics Reader. Shwetha is currently working as a Senior Research Associate at ibs Hyderabad, where she develops case studies through secondary research that are used in teaching subjects related to Economics, Politics, and Business Environment, Entrepreneurship, Ethics, and Social Responsibility, Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior, Marketing and Strategy, and General Management. She also mentors new case writers and professors to write case studies and reviews them. Shwetha has previously worked as a Senior Research Associate at Icfai Business School and as a Faculty Research Associate at Amity Research Centers, Amity University, Bangalore. She has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Economics from Christ University, where she is currently pursuing her degree, and has a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Psychology, and Sociology.
