Shwetha R. is a highly experienced Senior Product Manager currently working at Walmart Labs, where she is responsible for managing the Digital Pharmacy for Walmart's membership-based retail vertical, Sam's Club. With over 10 years of relevant experience, Shwetha has a proven track record of delivering successful products and services in the technology industry. Prior to joining Walmart, Shwetha worked as a Product Manager at Zeoti, where she managed the Zenoti Mobile app and modules on the Zenoti Web platform. She prioritized features that drove adoption and monetization metrics, and handled engineering teams, release timelines, and documentation of help articles. Shwetha also defined product vision, maintained backlog, and enabled rapid development by guiding engineering teams through releases. She tracked adoption metrics and developed dashboards for user engagement data collected for Zenoti Mobile and Booking Wizard. Shwetha initiated the plan to sunset the existing employee app and set up intercom announcements, migration guide, and articles to handle communication and migration of users to Zenoti Mobile. She conducted user interviews and competitor product analysis and visited salon locations to understand customers’ evolving needs. Shwetha also worked as a Product Manager at Ola, where she managed the "Lead Management System" utilized by Ola Fleet Technologies to streamline driver onboarding on the leasing platform. She launched this product across 6 cities to help with processing driver partner leads. The system was built to ensure high-quality leads through eKYC and Aadhar validation built into it. Shwetha led coordination efforts for the pilot launch of electric vehicles that could be booked through the Ola app in Nagpur and reviewed usage and adoption metrics to establish a course of action.
