Siamak Sadeghianfar is a technical product manager with over 15 years of experience in software engineering and application development workflows. He has a passion for technology and is an expert in identifying high-potential open source projects and leading cross-functional teams across marketing, engineering, and business units to take them to market as products. Currently, he is focused on CI/CD technologies and developer tools on Kubernetes and OpenShift. Currently working as a Senior Principal Product Manager at Red Hat, Siamak is responsible for defining the DevOps strategy on OpenShift and leading the CI/CD and GitOps product portfolio on OpenShift. He leads multiple product teams as the product manager for Shipwright, Jenkins, Tekton, Argo CD, and GitOps App Manager on OpenShift. He executed the launch of a new GitOps product on OpenShift, coordinating across engineering, support, marketing, legal, and brand teams. He has identified and analyzed metrics to understand customer behavior across products under his responsibility. Prior to his current role, Siamak worked as a Principal Product Manager and Principal Technical Product Marketing at Red Hat. In these roles, he developed and executed technical marketing plans for containers and app dev use-cases on OpenShift and Kubernetes. He created technical assets such as presentations, demos, workshops, trainings, whitepapers, etc. He also delivered multiple thought leadership and awareness pieces in the form of blogs, webinars, and conference talks. Siamak holds an M.Sc. in Engineering and Management of Information Systems from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Sharif University of Technology. He has expertise in product management, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and DevOps. With his vast experience and skills, Siamak is a valuable asset to any organization looking to develop and market innovative products in the technology space.
