Sibasish Mohanty is a self-taught UI/UX Developer and Graphics Designer with a passion for solving daily-life problems through product development. With over 5 years of relevant experience, he is currently working as an SDE 2 at Jupiter, where he specializes in Typescript and React. During his 4 years of study in the department of Electronics & Communication at NIT Rourkela, Sibasish led design teams in every club and fest he was a part of. He loves learning and is constantly researching new design trends and techniques to stay up-to-date in the digital world. He strives for perfection and always focuses on creating the best possible design results. Currently, Sibasish works as a Designer, Creative Head, and Mentor at Monday Morning, the official student media body of NIT Rourkela. During his time there, he designed the 4th and 5th editions of the Annual Print Issue, trained and supervised a team of 6 juniors, and created multiple awareness and publicity posters, flyers, and banners. In addition to his work at Monday Morning, Sibasish has also worked as a UI Designer at Phoenix Robotix, where he developed UX wireframes and mockups for their website, and as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Uptown Ideas, an event management and content creation start-up based in Chennai, India. Sibasish has a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Rourkela, where he graduated in 2018. He also has a background in Science from Saraswati Vidya Mandir and Secondary Education from Saraswati Sishu Vidya Mandir. Sibasish's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Typescript, Javascript, ReactJS, and UI design. He is a talented and dedicated professional who is always looking for new challenges and opportunities to grow in his field.
