Sibi M is a technology evangelist and design thinker with over 5 years of experience in the EV, E-commerce, Payments, and IT-Telecom space. Currently serving as a Digital Product Manager at Ola, he specializes in solving customer problems by building customer-centric products and experiences. Sibi has worked in various domains like Tech Development, Testing, Analytics, Marketing, and Product Management. He has a Master's in Business Administration from NITIE and an Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology, and Research Academy. In his previous role as a Digital Product Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Sibi built and managed an ecommerce aggregator marketplace (Super App Platform) to enhance digital payments within the bank's mobile and web application. He managed 10+ categories with strategic PWA and API based integrations. His strategy was to increase the adoption of mobile apps and ARPU by nudging usage of Kotak instruments, digital payments, and cross-selling of banking products. Sibi conducted customer and market research to understand and prioritize the problems to be solved. He tracked various product metrics, revamped existing flows, improved payment/refund experience, and did adoption campaigns. His team pivoted from travel-based categories to e-commerce and pharma categories due to Covid and built a unified payments page that improved their rate of onboarding merchants by 4x. In addition to his professional experience, Sibi was felicitated with the Best Intern Recognition Award by the Leadership Team in the Annual R&R of Jardine Lloyd Thompson India, where he worked as a Summer Intern.
